Hi lovely day here in Yorkshire at the minute.
This is my entry for February's Clarity challenge.
I made the brick wall using the stencil and grunge paste. Inked over when dry with a combination of inks until I got what I thought was a good brick colour.
I made the tulips using the remountable filigraphy petals and some masking using red and yellow distress inks. I added some shadow with promarkers then clear embossed them; just because I love embossing!
I drew the tulip leaves on green paper, cut out then used promarkers to add some detail.
Mounted the wall on some pretty paper I had for a background then added the tulips on top. I only stuck the base of the tulip down so the tops would curl over a bit and look more 3d.
Added celebrate from the word chain set.
It's quite a tactile card - hope you like it - thanks for looking.
A clever way of show-casing the filigraphy petals and wall stencil, Sarah. Thank you for participating in Challenge 24 and good luck. ;~}
